This creates an engaging experience that encourages more thoughtful and detailed responses. Our technology gives survey authors fine-grained control over how an LLM delivers the survey instructions. These controls direct and constrain the LLM to elicit information from recipients as intended by the author, while threading conversational styles. The LLMs bridge conversations to meaningful population-level results data.
Researchers can send invitations through email or Google Chat, and participants complete conversational surveys in Web Chat using desktop Chrome. Additional delivery channels are planned but are not available today.
